Returns the worker's available EWA balance.
In sandbox, the following worker IDs are available to return a static balance response:
TYPICAL_SAMPLE_WORKER_ID: Returns a response withavailable_balance= 5000.NO_AVAILABLE_BALANCE_SAMPLE_WORKER_ID: Returns a response withavailable_balance= 0.NOT_FOUND_SAMPLE_WORKER_ID: Returns a 404 error indicating the worker was not found.
