Display Last 4 Card PAN

Overview

A worker viewing their current instant payment information might want to make sure the right card is associated with the account. The last 4 digits of the PAN can be retrieved and displayed to provide this functionality. The full card PAN should not be displayed because it presents a fraud risk.

Implementation

1. Retrieve worker's debit card using Get External Card, using the ID saved from Add External Card
2. Display the value of last_four to the worker
