Know Your Customer

Workers for your organization can have accounts and wallets automatically generated for them, if the necessary personal details are collected. This automatic onboarding eases adoption for disbursing payments to Workers with minimal friction and cost.

Setting up a Branch Wallet for a Worker requires providing us with KYC details so we can verify the Worker's identity:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Social Security Number
• Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address

The birthdate provided must be for a Worker greater than 14 years of age. Some Organizations may not allow accounts unless the age is 18 or greater.

Branch can collect KYC data from the Worker as part of onboarding, or your Organization can upload it beforehand to streamline Branch Wallet activations.
